DISTRESSED HOMEOWNERS
Do you feel that "time is running out," that there is nothing you can do? Do not despair, there are several programs now avaiable to distressed homeowners. If you have are now dealing with a change economic or financial circumstances due to an esecalating adjustable rate mortgage, divorce, tax lien, medical bills, job loss, relocation, death in the family, inheritance, and simply feel "helpless and overwhelmed?" You have made countless phone calls and know one will help...call me and lets talk about it. There are now several loan modification programs avaiable to allow you to remain in your home and possibly reduce your monthly mortgage payments. Sometimes this is enough to allow you to remain in your home. Certain criteria need to be met but it is a very "real" possibility. You may want to consider a "Deed in Lieu Of Foreclosure." Additionally, you may want to consider a "short sale," Do you just want to simply know the difference between a short sale and a foreclosure? Are you wondering what the ramifications would be do your credit history and score. Your credit score if faced with a foreclosure can decrease as much as 350 points. However, if you proceed with a short sale your credit score may be impacted, but not nearly as dramatically. Additionally a short sale, will barely show up on your credit report however, a foreclosure could remain on your report for a great number of years. If you have a government occupation or have a security clearance, both could be in jeopardy if you have a foreclosure on your credit report. It is best whenever possible not to have a foreclosure on your credit history. If you are uncertain where to turn or feel that know one will help you call me for a "confidential interview." A Call To Action!
Realtors historically, have given back to their respective communities. I am pledging for the remainder of the year to donate a bag of canned goods or a gift certificate from a local food store and donating it to a local church for every closing that I have. This is to assist in feeding the homeless children in our country. There are currently 1 out of 50 children now homeless in our country.
